Pricing and General Information

Tariffs

 

At The Dog House we make a conscious effort to provide the same level of care to all our guests and as such offer a flat daily rate. Daily rates are as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

 

The above tariffs are GST inclusive and are subject to change without notification. Please note that the full daily rate will be charged irrespective of arrival and departure time.

 

Resort Hours

 

The Dog House is open every day from 9am, closing at 5pm Sunday through to Friday and at 12:30pm on Saturday. We are not open on public holidays.

 

Bookings

 

We hope to introduce an online booking service in the not to distant future, however at this stage phone bookings can be made on (03) 5264 5026. Or if you are in the area, please feel free to drop in and make a booking in person.

 

Holiday Bookings

 

As The Dog House operates at peak occupancy during the Christmas and Easter holiday periods, reception will be closed during the following times to allow us to concentrate solely on the care and comfort of our guests and therefore minimum booking times will apply.

 

Christmas:        24th December to 2nd January inclusive (10 days)

Easter:               Easter Thursday to Easter Tuesday inclusive (6 days)

 

Requirements

 

Prior to staying at The Dog House, proof of a current C5 vaccination covering Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza and Bordetella is required. If you are unsure please contact your veterinarian.

 

Medical Needs

 

We are able to administer all forms of medication and are more than happy to cater to the special nutritional needs of any of our guests.

 

A veterinary service is on call 24 hours.
